Cancellation Policy: If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled the day before there is no charge. If the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled the day of the appointment, there will be a charge of 50% of the massage session. If the client is a no call or no show for the appointment time, then the client will be charged for the whole session. The above statement also applies to prepaid certificates. If the client has a prepaid certificate and is a no call or no show will lose the certificate completely. If the appointment is cancelled on the same day with a prepaid certificate there is a rescheduling fee that is required.
